Breathing for Life
A 20-hour (6-week) introduction into the Art of Breathing
This short introduction will teach its participants simple and proper breathing techniques combined with stretching exercises. This course is aimed and highly recommended to adults and children suffering from Asthma and other lung related imbalances. Part of this course is a weekly measurement and recording of the lung capacity in order to monitor improvement in proper and effective breathing.
The course furthermore explores the link between "Breathing and Holistic Health,
"Breathing and Smoking" and "Breathing and Birth".
Participants are encouraged to attend this course as part of, or during a Weight Loss or Stop Smoking program.
